During this 2-day course you will learn how to solve complex problems with the use od Design Thinking and how to successfully move from one stage in the process to another.

Through hands on exercises, you will learn the following 6 stage of Desing Thinking and get the opportunity to view a problem from a different perspective:

Empathy and its role in the process of product creation. Did you know that understanding the human needs and what problems they are experiencing is playing the crucial role when you are building your products? In this exercise you will learn what is Empathy Mapping and how to use it.

Problem Defining can be answered by asking yourself the following questions: Who is the person that we want to help? What problem does this person have? How might we help?

Ideation is the phase in which you try to come with as many as possible ideas for creative problem solving. How do you generate these amazing ideas during your brain storming? We will show you techniques to tackle the imagination of your team (hot potato, silent brain storming, photo inspiration etc).

Idea selection is hard, but we will show you some tops & tricks how to do in the most effective way. We will not focus on comples business cases or feature pondering. Instead, you will learn how to identify the ideas that bring the most value to your users and therefore have the most chanses of being sucessfull and long lasting on the market.

Prototyping – we start small, with the very limited resources and time. But we have tangible results in the short time that can be shown to the potential customers. During this phase some of the most inovative solutions will come to your mind.

Test your protoype with the bigger audience and get feedback in the early stage of the product development. This way, we iterate through the product creation and focus on the features that customers value the most.
